The general principle is that the FSH-CF constant flow metering pump breaks through the traditional method of liquid injection, and the motor drives the cam mechanism to drive the three ceramic pistons for reciprocating movement. The three ceramic pistons are arranged according to specific positions, so that when the motor turns through a certain angle, the dispensing volume of the pump remains the same, and can achieve the effect of no intermittent work. Therefore, the dispensing volume can be adjusted according to the control motor rotation angle.
It is also based on the above-mentioned special working principle that makes the product have the outstanding features of high efficiency, maintenance-free, no-pump jam, up to 0.1% accuracy, linearity without pulsation, and continuous metering to meet the new needs of power battery manufacturing.
Guangzhou Ascend already has launched FSH-CF30 and FSH-CF150 series products.FSH-CF30 series has an efficiency of up to 50ml/s; while FSH-CF150 series is the new higher flow rate constant flow metering pump with an efficiency of up to 150ml/s, which is suitable for the production workshop of aluminum case battery with higher efficiency requirements for liquid injection.

FSH-CF constant flow metering pump adopts a new type of fully enclosed chamber to avoid the crystallization caused by the contact between electrolyte and air, which fundamentally solves the trouble of pump jamming. The electrolyte is highly corrosive, and no pump jam /maintenance-free design of FSH-CF constant flow metering pump greatly reduces the probability of operators contacting the electrolyte. Operator don't need to spend much time in repairing the injection pump. Even if operators are on vacation for a long time, They don't need to worry about the pump jam when start the pump again.
The FSH-CF constant flow metering pump communicates with the filling by Ethernet, and the parameters can be modified remotely through the network.
No pump jam, maintenance-free design freeing operators from the injection workshop, which can reduce the number of operators in the injection workshop and provide a more comfortable working environment for operators to operate remotely, ultimately achieving continuous and stable safe production.
3. Constant flow metering (not controlled by flow rate)
It is not limited by the injection volume, and can continuously measure injection volume, compatible with small, medium, large and super large power battery electrolyte injection. It is a must-have liquid injection pump for soft pack power and aluminum case power battery manufacture, and it is easier and faster to change the product model and modify the liquid injection parameters directly digitally.
4. Intelligent closed-loop control
