1. Prefilled syringe
The prefilled syringe is mainly used for packaging and storage of drugs and direct injection or for ophthalmology, otology, orthopedics and other surgical flushing, and has two functions: drug storage and general injection.
The prefilled syringe is mainly composed of a needle tube, a push rod, an injection needle and a needle cap. In order to ensure that the rubber piston can slide freely in the needle tube, the inner wall of the needle tube shall be sprayed with silicone oil for lubrication. For the amount of silicone oil, the main consideration is the compatibility between drugs and silicone oil: too much silicone oil affects the product's failure to pass the inspection; too little silicone oil affects the sliding performance of rubber piston. Spray atomized particles shall not differ greatly and shall not have large particles. The silicone oil is sprayed unevenly, which may cause the rubber plug to fall off and cause particles to pollute the drug when the plug is added. Therefore, it is a common requirement of many manufacturers of prefilled syringe that micro precise spraying can achieve the required lubrication effect with the minimum spraying amount, and the atomization effect is good and the tube is evenly covered.
2. Vacuum blood collection tube
The vacuum blood collection tube is mainly used in the medical and health industry, so there is a greater requirement for the cleanliness of the spraying system.
